License Terms:

You can use the graphics AS IS to create a new product to sell. You can use them for printables, PLR (private label rights) products, POD (print on demand) products, add a border for digital or physical stickers, coloring books, etc. 

You cannot sell the graphics in the same format, as a competing product (ie. you can't sell them as clip art either individually or in a bundle).  

You can use the graphics in the Christmas Lights Kit to create a PLR product to sell.
